Founded in 2022, Ascent Lifting, Inc., in partnership with Shorehill Capital LLC, has become one of the largest suppliers of rigging products in the world. Ascent is a full-service distributor and fabricator of rigging and cargo control products, including chain, wire rope, synthetic slings, and other related hardware. Shorehill Capital recapitalized Advantage Sales & Supply and Susquehanna Wire Rope & Rigging in 2022 to form Ascent Lifting Holdings with the vision of building the leading value-added distributor of rigging products and services throughout the United States. Our long-term business strategy includes building a strong culture, expanding Ascent’s geographic footprint organically and inorganically and developing operational best practices to support future growth.
